1. Export procurement data from an official website

Example: Santa Fe official procurement list includes a “Descargar CSV” action in its filtered listing. Export the records that interest you. Other official CSV files may work when they contain descriptive headers.

The filter uses the CSV date as given. “Opening date” and “bid deadline” are not necessarily the same. A future date does not prove the process is accepting bids. Confirm current status, requirements and closing time in the original official tender documents.
